Yesterday we visited the Mayor and went to the Library. We learned about some of the jobs that the Mayor and Council do to help make Rotorua a better place to live and visit.

Today it was raining so we couldn't do fitness outside so we did it inside. We watched a funny dance video and tried to copy. We discovered that some of us have groove and some of us don't.

Hannah and Will's maths video

Hannah's lifesaving medal

Yesterday I won this medal for beach sprints at Surf life saving at Mt. Maunganui. I felt really puffed and cold after all of that.

My big splinter

Today I was starting a ripstick on a wooden seat and I got a HUGE splinter. I had to go to the doctors.It took two nurses and one docter two hours to get it out. It hurt like anything and I had to have an injection to make it go numb. The Doctor said I need lots of ice cream - Mum!

World Spelling Day

Today is World Spelling day so we are spelling as many words correctly as we can to get as many points as we can. We are competing against people from all over the world.
